About Pastor Andy
Dr. Andy Vital is not your typical pastor. Growing up in Hamilton, NJ with a love for Hip Hop and the Philadelphia Eagles, Andy’s life was radically changed after a Christian youth event when he was 17. Since fully surrendering to Jesus in 2010, Andy has spent the last 15 years serving as a movement leader, bible teacher, author, pastor, and community advocate.
In 2020, God led Andy and his wife Deborha to south Florida, sight unseen, where they would begin preparations to launch Glory City church. In 2021, they started the Haitian Christian Leadership Network, a nonprofit organization developing Christian leaders for integral mission on behalf of Haitian communities. In 2023, Andy earned his doctorate degree in Intercultural Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary. In between all of this they owned and operated a missional business, discipled tens, and had two beautiful children born in 2022 and 2024. Andy and Deborha reside in Palm Beach County, Florida with their two children where Andy is still a die-hard Eagles fan. To stay up to date with Andy, you can follow him on social media @andymvital.

In a time where isolation and loneliness is at an all time high, we’re choosing to commit to biblical community. At Glory City, we’re pushing back on favoritism, cliques, and other unhealthy societal norms to devote ourselves to spiritual growth by sharing our full authentic selves with one another. We’re building a family. A family where everyone is treated equally regardless of their status or gifting. In this family, we challenge each other to grow spiritually. And we believe true growth is found in community with other believers.

Think of Glory City Church as a divine disruption. While some churches are content to simply exist, that is not our goal. Never will be. As a church, Glory City Church intends to overwhelm the cities we inhabit with an incarnational approach to ministry. We aren’t just a ministry, we’ll be in the marketplace too. We will meaningfully impact the lives of people in the city by actively engaging with every part of it.

At Glory City, we sacrifice our best as a way of living. Whether it's our time, our talent, or our treasure we give it to God willingly. Our hope is to inspire a generation to live in light of eternity. For Glory City church that means sparing no expense or effort to bring glory to The One who gives us life. We exist to serve Him. And we will serve Him with our best.
